A lot of people are intimidated by the prospect of modelling in Carrara and the manual can be pretty hard going, but the other day I wondered if it would be possible to get people up and modelling in under 10 minutes. So with that in mind I put together this quick tutorial:

Fun stuff. Yep Carrara does a decent job of modeling to be sure.

I added a quick shading tutorial, because some people over at the DAZ site requested one. It deals with shading domains, layers and basic UV'ing for decals and whatnot.

totally cool! It's helpful just from the standpoint of seeing how another person manipulates the objects. Makes me think that maybe I do okay with this thing...
