Poser Pro has this:
Poser 7 does not have these features. Also know that there is a version of Poser pro called Poser pro base which if you do not use or have the other programs such as Maya, Max, etc you can purchase the base version which is less in cost. I have the base version and really like it. Since I run a 64-bit OS I got it for the 64-bit render engine. But the 64-bit render engine only works on computers with a 64-bit OS such as Vista 64.

Best to get it from the horse's mouth, as it were. The attached link goes to the Poser Pro page on the SM web site, which basically lists the features of Poser Pro that Poser 7 does not have. However, one thing that this page does not specifically list (unless I missed it) is the gamma correction in Poser Pro, which allows you to set a scene-wide output gamma correction factor. This factor is also used by default for input gamma correction of texture image maps, but you can override this setting for each individual texture map if necessary - for example, if you have a texture map that has not been gamma corrected, or for bump / displacement / normal mapping maps.
Hope it helps!
(EDIT) cross post... take your pick!
