Good work, the wings look a lot better if you make a transparency map for them with a feather texture and adjust their transparency so that the light filters through a little at the bottom feathers. Keep the boned top part of the wings solid on the transparency map though. Her pose might look more natural if you bent her arms just a touch, they look a little stiff.

I agree her arms need to bend a bit....but other than that I think it looks great!!!
