hmmm I am sure I have a duck photo somewhere... I will search through the archives a bit.

Ah I got it.  This was taken two or three weeks ago during a fishing trip.  Very early morning.

ElusiveAngel posted Sat, 08 November 2008 at 5:46 AM

I got another one, and I know we may not really post out of the archives, but I promise my last submission will be one I will go out searching for.  I am still having a brain storm here.

This one I took quite some time ago.  A few months if I am not mistaken.  We just watered the garden and these three droplets caught my eye and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to photograph it.  The one in the middle is smaller than the other, so I guess it will work for this challenge.

ElusiveAngel posted Sat, 08 November 2008 at 7:27 AM

I had lots of fun.  I took the kids and told them they have to help me find the odd one out.  So my daughter took her teddy bears and organized them to sit down all around a monkey.  It was a good idea.  Then we went outside and photographed some leaves with one being the odd one out.  And the last attempt we cam inside and decided to take this one. :)  She helped me arranging them and I think she even had more fun than me. lol

LovelyPoetess posted Wed, 19 November 2008 at 3:38 PM

Just to give you an idea of what I have to do to get a scene set up and shot around my house... Start set up, shoosh cat away, continue set up, shoosh cat again, finish set up, shoosh two cats out of scene.

Start shooting, shoosh cat, shoot second shot, delete shot as cat's head managed to get into scene, shoosh other cat, shoot again, shoot once more quickly as there are currently no cats in scene, change camera angle, move cat laying in scene, shoot quickly before cat can resettle....  and so on and on.

Anyway, I enjoy the challenge (both of the forum, and outmaneuvering the kitties).

This shot is a little ambiguous as to which one IS the odd one out. I'll leave that to you.
