To avoid the extra exchange cost at Paypal I figured it'd be good if I could order Vue7i d-load in dollar.
But how does that work when living in Europe and also having a VAT number? 
Anyone have similar situation or know anything about this?
I have sent a Q to Vue-site too but figured they may have a bunch to do at the moment.
