I've just been over there and can't access the Wardrobe Wizard section or the forums, though other parts appear to be working OK.

Anyone else having these problems?

Yep.

I've been in communication with my hosting service.
They are continuing to work on it.
Some pages load, others load blank and the forums show an SQL error.

If you are having trouble downloading purchases please email me for an alternative link.

If you are awaiting an update to any existing file it may be best to wait.

Thank you for your patience.

The good news is that the shop and download links for purchased items work just fine.

Hope you get back up to 100% soon.

Saturday 15 November 09:42 Eastern

Current status is that they have found that the hard drive is "iffy" and are transferring the site to another of their servers.

The store is on a completely separate server so is not affected.

If you are not able to get any essential files whilst this transfer is being completed could you please email me and I'll set you up with a download from the office server. This server will be slower but does provide an alternative.

Thanks.

Saturday Noon Eastern.

Everything looks to be back up.
An added bonus,  the new server is faster. :)

My hosting service came up trumps again. I highly recommend them

there was an article in the economist about server farms.
sometimes they can be so big that the only way the admins know an hard drive
is failing is for a client to call 'em.  this is one of the reasons that  "cloud computing"
is still largely theoretical IMVHO, 15 yrs after larry ellison proposed it.
