:unsure: I made a purchase earlier today and I had one file not download correctly. When I went to extract the zip it said that the file was corrupted. Can I get this zip file reset?

Hi Debbie, I just tried downloading that zip file again Shana Bittersweet for SlinkTown USA #70637 and it did the same thing. It downloads to a certain point then quits. I restart the download and it just says that the file is done downloading. When there is at least 6 or 7 MB left to download. There hasn't been a problem with any of the other downloads. I'm sorry to keep bugging about it .. but, I love that texture! :crying:I will be home for another hour ... then, I have to get ready to go to work. I'll check it for another reset when I get home tonight .. but, that will after hours there. I'll leave you a note though to let you know what happens.

Ok now I'm really at a loss being that didn't work, because it's worked with other files of ShanaC's where people were having problems.
Are you by chance using a NetGear router? What Operating System are you using? and who is your ISP?
Maybe we can try to narrow down the problem if I can give this information to the programmers.
I'm really sorry about all the trouble, but it's very difficult to figure out the problem when I cannot duplicate it :(

You know what I think happened this last time? ... my connection was kind of slow so it was taking awhile ... which normally isn't a problem, but this time, my computer went into standby mode .. and I think that might have corrupted the file? Anyway, I went in and changed my settings. I shut off the 'standby' mode completely. If I could have one more reset .. I'm sure I can get it downloaded this time. :rolleyes:
