We wouldn't leave you out!! You do have one. Its a little more than half way down your Gift Certificates page:) The code starts with a "P" so look for it, its there. I double checked to be sure!!
You have had quite a few gift certificates so you probably just overlooked it but check again and look for the one that still has a $5.00 balance that was issued on 11/17 and expires 11/30 and starts with a "P"

Unfortunately no you cannot use two gift certificates at the same time. We hope to have this feature in the future.
