I am having a very difficult time understanding how to use this product. The read me is not clear, nor does it offer and step-by-step example. Is there anyone that can shed light on this for me? If so, greatly appreciated,

Please spay and neuter your pets. Strongly consider shelter
adoption before spending $500 to $1000. If you MUST part with that
kind of money for a pet, go to your local shelter, donate the money
to them and pickup a highly adoptable pet. The shelters could sure
use the donation.

Hello,
You will need to contact the vendor directly for product support.
To contact the vendor please click the "contact" link next to the vendor's
name on the product page, or use the site mail system.
Site mail requires only the vendor's username.
Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
If you have not heard from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know
so we can contact them on your behalf.
Thank you,
Stacey

thank your for your speedy reply. When clicking that link, i get to a "request friends page". no way to leave a message for the vendor. I have tried to go directly to their website and continually get timed out. Perhaps, I'm missing something?

When you get to the main page of that vendors "Homepage" (where the friendslist is), you will see several tabs for the homepage, the last one says "contact" click that tab and you will see there is where you send the sitemail.
Thanks

It would also be worth asking in the Poser forum, as I suspect many people have this versatile item and will be able to answer questions.
