I have just seen that new plant species saved in Vue 7 have a file size considerably smaller than in Vue 6. A few hundred Kb VS several Mb. The new filesize is equal to the geometry + the texture maps size.

I just tried to load one of these species in Vue 6. Doesn't work.

Is this the way it is supposed to be or is it a bug?

Nothing in the manual about plant compatibility between Vue 6 and 7.
