Sometimes, when a thread becomes long, it's hard to refer to previous posts: "More or less three pages ago, you said this thing...".

It would be a HUGE improvement if each post in a thread could be numbered, preferrably with a progressive number starting from #1  (or even with its absolute index in the forum DB). A further improvement would be making the number clickable so it would link directly the post. Many forums have this feature.
