For M3 (or James etc.) - the Walk designer within Poser works but only OK.. when creating a "Run" pattern using the walk path, the run animation is very jerky as James/M3 is running along the path. I've retimes the key frames and still, after every cycle there's a hesitation and then he continues running...

I'm sure there's a python script (or something) out there for this, but I can't seem to find one.
