Hi.. I have had 2 problems the last couple of days when i use the instore credit...

First i bought "PC's Jewelry for V4" Order#: 111515868 and it also registered it as Order#: 111515869 and took 8.46 dollar twice from my instore credit...

Today i bough Dimension 3D's "Binary Morph Editor" Order#: 111519653 and it took the 16 dollar from my instore credit, and it also took my instore creit for 16 dollar more in Order#: 111519654

so now it has charged me for 24,46 dollar extra total for those orders... How can i get those money back??
