Hi all,
i have launched Carrara6 pro after some months. The strange thing it's that the navigation in 3D space (and all the other things) are ultra slow. I've tried to trashes the preferences, but the problem remains.
Someone have an idea?
I'm on a Macpro 8core with leopard 10.5.6

Slow 3d software is always related to video drive. But I dont use Mac here...

Hi Davide,
I had the same thing (well, without the 8cores....). I thought it was my Leopard installation.
But things got better when I changed preferences to this (did not remember if they were different before).

Be careful with the Use Display Lists function. Some of video cards and chipsets don't like it and will crash with it turned on.

Thanks Ruud! It works, i have changed only "use display lists" before your post. NOw it's all ok. Yes it's a leopard installation trouble...

That's also a great fix for PC users with graphic card troubles.
