AAARRRGGG!
I need to export to mpeg 4 .gp3 file format. Okay, fine, Premiere Pro v4 and/or Media Encoder
-(Premiere Pro calls up Media Encoder to do exports, or you can use ME as stand alone)-
will export that for you, but IT FORCES THE BITRATE to a certain variable bitrate, PERIOD!
Please, god, someone, tell me there is a workaround to this madness! It's insane! They are going to force one single variable bitrate choice ?
I'm trying to export to mpeg 4 3GPP H.263 176x144
No bitrate controls, Premieriod.
Yes yes, I know this is the wrong forum, but the "director's cut" forum is dead and Poser is always hoppin' with helpful folk, so...

Quicktime Pro? Episode Pro?, Final Cut Pro (ie. Compressor) or anything else that will read the file? Media Encoder is always trouble...good luck!

Sorry for the false alarm, folks! Just a brain fart!
Truly sorry everyone, it honestly appears that I had a Total Public Spaz Out.
I could have sworn that window expander in the export settings GUI that did NOT bring me bitrate selection options
But I went there again, and sho 'nuff
it was there...
So I think we can safely say that the shame is on me.
Thanks for all the help, sorry I squandered anyone's time on this.
