Free today only perhaps some of you will find it useful...... some info:Aartform Curvy 3D is an easy and fast sculpting program for Windows. Rapidly sketch natural forms direct to 3D. Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(
Food for thought.....

Downloaded it, installed, it none of the gadgets show up on screen, so damned if I could do anything with it at all, so I uninstalled it.

the download was only 3.6 MB. definitely quite a bit less than C7Pro.

I have the same problem, but in my case it's definitely because my new graphics card has not been installed yet.
*from the developer's site:
*Minimum Spec: GeForce 2, Recommended: GeForce 3 Ti
For some users, running SetCurvyPath.exe (in your Curvy 3D folder) fixed all issues.
Reinstall and try again - it's worth it!
This is a fantastic program, been on my wishlist for a long time...

Yeah, the path program corrected the issue, but after playing aorunbd with it for an hour I uninstalled it again.
While it's a nice toy, and something that gives you general soft shaped organic items, I can create the same things much faster in hexagon, modo or lightwave, but more importantly, I have much more control then you do in curvy.

Then again, you obviously have much more experience in this field than I do!
I'm just starting to get the hang of Hexagon, planning to make quick starter-shapes in curvy and refining them in Hex.
Love all your toons, btw, already bought Power Pixie, and the Draconian WarCow is near the top of my wishlist - he's beyond gorgeous!

Thanks!
When you are modelling it's all about control.. control of shapes, loops, and how things are put together.
Sometimes you need to make something, uv map it, and then massage it into it's final shape.
Curvy might give some people for a taste of 3d creation, but odds are that taste will sour, once they realize that what they were doing previouly is mostly unusable, except maybe for static props.
I could see how it would be great for quick non image mapped toon freebies though.
