I am having a problem uploading an image to the gallery area.

Each time I try to up load I get the following msg:  You have reached the maximum images you can upload in one day. You can upgrade this number with a paid subscription by clicking here!

As  you can see I have not uploaded a new image in some time, but would like to...

Can you help me ?
