Which is the prettiest Black female character? I'm getting a little dizzy searching through all the choices :) Your experience would be really appreciated.
Thanx!

I have a pretty black character and she has a special texture set for the V4 basic wear. But she isn't available here and I can't give a link here in the forum...sigh.
Let me introduce you to my multiple personalities. :)

The one I use is kinda pricey; and it's made for Victoria 3, "and you can't buy her at Renderosity"
(Sorry about this shameless plug; but, check my gallery)

What character model (V3, V4)?? Do you mean texture wise? or morph wise?
I've got suggestions.

I'm using Victoria 4.2 Complete with NGM in Poser 7. I've been told "character" means textures + morphs.
I'm looking for a mocha latte kinda grrl, with some curves, not svelte, ripped or athletic. Think Beyonce. Yanno, boobs, butt... if I can say that here! :D Not a BBW! A hottie! ;)

For Victoria 4, I usually use Nubya by SaintFox or Veleda by SlwMtionDaylite. Nubya is arguably prettier, but Veleda is more exotic looking and slightly more realistic. Of course, V4 Elite Marie and Liquid Rust's Kendra are also very good, but they're at that other 3D art online store.

Lena is supposed to be Native American. Not black by any stretch of the imagination.
The facial features are pure cartoonish fantasy though. She doesn't actually look Native American at all and certainly not of African heritage.

Lena is a "Native American" character. Not black. At all.

Hey, stankygrrl! :) If you don't find something that suits all your needs, I would like to suggest that you search for character packages that at least have the type of skin tone / texture you're looking for. You can then morph the character however you please. : )
Now, you mentioned Beyonce. Lolo for V4 's skin tone comes to mind. This character has a beautiful, golden brown texture, especially in the last promo image; if you like the skin, but prefer different facial or body features, you could still use [something like] this and simply use the morphs you wish.
Sometimes we can't get all we need in one product; that's when it's time to mix & match! :p
Hope this helps!
richardson posted Sat, 24 January 2009 at 3:22 PM
Mmmmnnn, dropped "Lolo" into my cart. Sure it's not another "floodfilled" skin texture?? I mean,, nice skin is great but "spraypaint tans" I'll pass. At 22$ especially.

and in the Marketplace here, Tanya by Rhiannon
Of course, if you like the texture of one and the morphs of another, there is no law that says you can't mix and match.

My favorite as well, though that's just a texture. I haven't played with Marie as yet, so don't know if those morphs are part of the package, or you have to dial her up yourself.
@ richardson - I don't have Lolo, but I do have Third Degree's Ninja Setsuko, and I don't think Tony Puryear, et al. do what you would call "spray paint" textures.
