Do you mean "Pasties?"
ie: Anything from a clear shield over the nipple to a set of twirling, revolving mini-chandeliers..
Or, are "nipple shields" one of those more exotic, fetish-related thingies I probably don't know about but, wouldn't mind a few links on. :)
