I'm trying to build a pic of my D&D group. My problem is making a Dragonborn (for those of you who know what I'm talking about).

I need suggestions on how to put a lizard head on The Freak body. Or any other good suggestions on how to do this. There's probably a thread already in existence for this topic, but I couldn't find anything, and probably don't have the proper vocab to find it anyway. I'm pretty new to this hobby.
