I'm sure this has probably been brought up already (I think I brought it up once actually but under a different guise) but what's the deal with ecosystems deleting when you perform certain functions. I think the first time I encountered this was when I tried to undo something unrelated to the ecosystem (moving on object, etc.) and for some reason my ecosystems deleted. Happens every time, so I basically can never undo anything. Now, however, it also seems to do it if I change the offset from surface. I have to go through this rediculous song and dance of saving and restarting to make sure it doesnt delete, and even then it doesnt always work. And I refer to saving and restarting as a song and dance because, due to the size of the file, it takes a good five mintues each time....
And I've also noticed that when I duplicate a terrain and delete its existing ecosystem, it also deletes the ecosystem of the original. I'm so fed up with this. I hate coming on here and ranting angrilly but I cant help it. Am I the only one suffering from this? Am I going to have to once again uninstall and reinstall? I really hope that they're working on this and have a new patch soon because I'm going out of my mind over it.
Again, I apologize for the angry tone of this message, but I've been dealing with this for nearly three hours now trying to simply work on my ecosystems. This shouldnt be this difficult....
