hi everyone, can anyone tell me how i can convert hdri images to jpeg?

You can use the freeware xnview, that can open HDRI files and convert it too.

HDRShop and Picturenaut are free HDRI image editors that also save to low dynamic range formats like jpeg. Good if you want to create images for IBL in TIF format in addtion to jpegs.
HDRSHop is the easiest to use of the two, very similar to standard image editing programs.
