Morning!

I'm on my new computer and it's OS is Vista 64 bit. Does anyone know how I can:

1. Stop all the, "Are you sure you'd like to do this" messages?

2. Stop the color scheme from changing after I've done something?

3. Get rid of the Magnifier that appears at startup?

4. Get rid of the Narrator that appears at startup?

5. Is there a way to install a program even if it says not 64bit compatible? For instance, I went to download a trial version of a program and I first received that message. When I called up the customer service for that program I was told to disable UAC. I did that and the program worked. I got that not 64bit compatible when I tried to download something else. (UAC still unchecked)
