I found this site while looking for something else. I haven't searched too deeply into it, but it seems to be a fairly comprehensive index of mostly commercial 3D content. The advanced search allows searching by a content provider and will show everything by that provider across different stores.

It's not terribly useful to find freebies. It does look at the Renderosity freebies and ShareCG, but includes ShareCG gallery and animation content instead of only models.
