Please my heros, Is it possible to animate a background picture. For instance, if you are walking along the road, the background changes as you move. How can I simulate this in Blender. The way I do used to do this was to attach the background picture on a blend a series of picutres together in Gimp photo editor, attach the modified image unto a scaled up plane to simulate a background that moves with my moving characters.
Now, I am just wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing this by using the background option

they usually recommend mapping the background movie to the one-sided plane or cloth plane, but IMVHO poser's memory/disk usage may be such on yer machine that it would be better to add the background track/layer in yer video editor.

Not sure why you're asking about Blender, unless it's a typo.
You can attach an AVI to any material in Poser, and as such, also on a square in the back as Miss Nancy suggests. Depending on the length of the movie and the size you're rendering in, it may be taxing to your computer - or not.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
