Seems to me, either... the textures and colors but im tired looking for something like this on their store and i cannot find it...

It rather looks like a screenshot from a game. Look at the edges (anti aliasing) on the things in the background. If that would have been rendered in the same program as the figure in the foreground it would have smooth edges.

It looks to me like has the feel of it being rendered in the New Truespace program. that doesn't explain how to get it, unless it might be within it's content. Truespace is now free if you wanted to check it out.
Since I figured out how to use it with poser, I haven't worked with it much.
