OK, I took the WW23D soldat model here and changed it to the best toy soldier i could get!!! It somehow don't look right, how can i make it better or do you think it's ok? Help!!! Later

looks close enough to me -- the pose is off though. i remember having those things when i was a kid, and there were only like 6-7 poses. the liutenant guy with the pistol, the bazooka guy crouching, a rifleman laying down, one standing and firing from the shoulder, one running, and the minesweeper dude. heh, funny how i have a memory for stupid things like that that i havent seen in over 15 years, but i cant remember what i had for dinner last night.

Create a bump map to make the little crease or seam line that goes all around the figure. You know, I always thought the little green army man that was laying down, was dead on his back....... And if you aim a magnifying glass in the sun at their necks you can melt them and stretch their heads off.

2 things: 1) If he has a German helmet, should he be beige or really dark olive green? 2) Do you actually have a green army man? I don't have mine anymore, but if I remember correctly, the torsos weren't twisted. Just adjust the arms and head in the directions you need... I always associated their poses with Egyptian wall paintings ;) Hope that helps! TygerCub

Ha Ha! Boy, this does bring back memories! The shirt is wrong too, it shouldn't have that seam running down along the buttons. If I remember there was actually pretty nice clothing wrinkile detail on the shirt, rather like the pants have here, and the boots (combat boots, natch!) were bloused, too. Boy, its been over 40 years though, my memory could be off! But actually, it looks pretty good!
