There was a problem with downloading last night, and now it says I've exceeded my dl's.
Having issues with the following products

I have not idea what is going on, and I think it is on your side.
I've tried both Foxfire and MSN to download my order.
I managed to DL some of my order, but the DM Instincts will NOT DL.
The DL starts to work but dies about 5%.
Now I've reached my limit with three tries.
Please reset this order - thank you
Very frustrated
