i bought 4 things from their store right before they closed it SENT a copy of my receipt and they REFUSE TO reset my downloads so if you bought from their store your screwed they wont even answer my e mails or my messages from here

Their store does not appear to be closed. I can still see it, with all items on sale. If I'm tempted by something enough to buy I'll post again to let you know what happens.
(Not answering customer enquiries, however, is certainly beyond the pale. Let's just hope there is a good reason for this and they sort it out soon, whatever it may be).

I've bought some things from Countess not too long ago and haven't had any problems with communications.
Can't you go to your account page and download your items? I have things on my accountt page from 7 years ago and I can still get them.

I did not get any emails from you nor did silver. I do not know what you are talking about cause I never refused you anything. What is it your having a problem with and I will try and help you.

i would have if i bought it here but i bought it from silverywitch.com b4 they closed the store there

No, whatever products you bought were from witchydesigns.com because silverywitch.com is Silver's personal site and she never sold anything poser related on that site.
And you could have always emailed us here, we would have been happy to help you.

I told you in reply to your email that I have all copies of orders purchased through witchydesigns and that I would go through them but i would take me a few days as I was going to be out of town. It is extremely disappointing to come back and find out through numerous emails from other vendors that you have been posting all over the place that we are not replying to your emails when i have replies and responses from you saved in my inbox. I understand your frustration with losing your downloads but this is not the way to deal with them.

sorry silver I never got that e mail :( thank you both so very much for gettin on this and returning the things i bought i apoligize for going to extreme measures to get your attention i only got a single response silver to the first e mail . all is fixed now thanks again
