If you just installed the base models, then they only have the rudimentary morphs.  You will need to purchase the morph packs to suppliment other morphing capacities.  Look in their properties dials.

Here is a screenshot of what the V4.2 Body dials should look like with some of the morphs packages installed, but before injecting any of the morphs.

You will see there are empty dial groups for: Morphs++, Elite, and Aiko 4. They are there all the time. The actual dials only appear when you inject whichever morphs you want to use into the figure.

Sorry I can't help with V3, I have never used her.
