Greetings and Salutations All,
I am trying to create a draping dynamic cloth plane. My questions is I'd like to create wrinkles. I don't know if this means creating a morph, (which I don't know how to do) or if there's just a way to distort the fabric. Could someone send me a link for a tutorial on how to do this?

magnets, wave deformer , or scatter some small scaled primitives for the cloth to drape on .
cloth self collision ON to encourage wrinkles.
After that you add wrinkles in a modelling program.

The main question is WHY? What are you trying to achieve? For draping, the best draping is done in the cloth room with collisions turned on for whatever it's draping over. Export it as a object file, and then it's a morph for the hi-rez square or whatever you're using. A lot of people use it to make morphs in what ever is used in it.

And, in P 7 you may use the morphing tool.

drapak12, that's a GREAT tip! I will definitely try this next time I need something to look rumpled.
Because that is the problem. You can drape something over a bed (for instance) and it'll look nice and smooth like a newly made bed. Not like a bed someone's just slept in. I guess it's something like that Viper wants the wrinkles for, too.

Hey,
Over the bed better scale bed prop in last frames of simulation. It looks nice even with "sleeping" figure.
BTW - I did it first time with your "morphing blanket" :)
