helo, is it possible to rig a character wearing long skirt ? so that when the leg move, the skirt will move according to the leg naturally, without the legs penetrating the skirt ? is there a method ?

i search thru the net and found tons of rigging tutorial but none can be found on rigging
a character with long skirt.
