Just curious. How long my unpaid orders would be kept active?

I had several older orders on my list which should be paid via PayPal later.
Today, I found those are wiped out and have no access to them even with each order number (I'm booking every order on a spreadsheet to manage account).
Can I recall these deleted orders and pay them?
