Is there a way to search this forum, seems like I remember there is but for the life of me - I can't find it.

Sure thing, it's at the top of the main forum page. You can enter text to search, restrict the search to a single forum, restrict to a single user, and/or select a date range to search.

Or on the main menu, hover over Forums and select Forum Search.
