I am working on a character for a book cover (I'm a cover artist) that I am working on.  The male is a god / deity so I was thinking about having some sort of gold glitter on his tanned skin.

What is the best way to achieve this?  Shader?  Reflection?

Example - LM Enya (she has an optional glitter "tattoo" for body & face)
