Western European would be a better term, since Arabic numerals look like this: ٠.١.٢.٣.٤.٥.٦.٧.٨.٩ DPHgrichter posted Wed, 06 May 2009 at 9:29 PM
2+2=513? Must be some new fangled Chrysler-Fiat bailout math.
Disappointed there is no Bo Derek character that might roam my way that I could feast my tired eyes on.

Well, I hope the Chrysler-Fiat merger works. It would generate some work for a lot of people around here. I can almost see the HQ from my house.

Last time a Euro company tired the same it didn't work (Renault-Amercian Motors). For the sake of the Detroit area and the auto industry which does effect our business, I hope this time they can make it work. Unfortunately the Romain Numerals are the bond holders, which are secured creditors and get first dibs on the assets. I get the feeling Obama thinks he can write new laws on the fly and apply them retroactively, which he can't. Legally and Politically this is going to be very interesting to watch it play out and watch the numerals and see where they roam!
Still disappointed there is no 10 in your toon. :b_angry:

Yes, I worked on the Renault Alliance program for a while back then. Doing surface development on the upper half of the skin. I think the" Le Car" did that company in. Piece of junk. I did some Instrument Panel design for AMC before the alliance with Renault took place. AMC was pretty marginal by 1977. Bad shape. No one wanted to work there. Bad neighborhood. Three blocks from where I grew up.

P.S. I didn't use the Roman characters 'cuz they would have been "X" rated!

They'd have blacklisted them in the X Files!

If you had made them out of lettuce, they'd have been Romaine numerals.

Yumm lettuce. You could roam off with one of the girl numbers dressed in lettuce and if anybody approached you could grab a piece of her clothes and chew on it. Then firmly state, "Lettuce alone!"
