Hi,
Can you please cancel this order and issue me a refund so that I can redo the order with a credit card so that I can have the uploads I need for this weekend. I hope you can help me with this so that I don't have to wait until next week to be able to upload 3 images a day. I would like to be able to do that now. I wrote to Kristi and to the staff. Since I need this resolved now I thought I'd try here. I failed to read the info provided on the page for the Gallery Plus sub. so I goofed and it is not processed. I couldn't get this resolved during the week so here I am.
I do hope you can help me.

Kristi has been out most of this week due to a dental surgery so she probably hasn't received your message just yet.
I'm gonna sitemail you with some info to see if we can get this resolved.
