Subject: Blank Renderosity Newsletters

I keep getting blank offers (meaning I miss out on all the vouchers / offers, too)
What's up with that? Never used to happen.
I get the normal rendo newsletters fine, but anything special is blank with no body in the email.

I get them to.. but found if I highlight where I suspect that there should be text the text is in fat there :(  Cant post a screen shot as I deleted my last offer by accident :(

Ohhh so maybe the text is blending with the background color..I'll let someone know :)

Is it possible we can get a screenshot of what you are looking at as well as what internet browser you use?  This will help identify the problem a bit faster.  Thanks everyone!

Well I am using IE7 and up until recently have never had an issue with Rendo newletters or special adverts. Here is a screen shot of the Cinco de Mayo one I recieved.  As you can see.. the spot where there should be text appears blank however if I highlight it I can see the text..LOL Dont know how many newsletters I threw away before it dawned on me that there HAD to be something in them..LOL

Actually, I looked at the source...

It has BB Code brackets around everything, not html ones.
The email itself is pure white, nothing in there, nothing to highlight.

So, I missed out on a bunch of savings. :/

I use the latest Mozilla-Firefox and haven't had an issue.

For those with problems, try viewing the email online.  At the very  top of every email news letter there is a line that says  This message contains images. If you are having trouble reading it, you can read it here.

Clicking it will open the news letter in a browser window.

Acadia, I didn't get that either. That's just it, the thing was completely blank. No links, no text, nothing.
I've deleted it since, or I'd post it. :)
