simple elbow and knee pads for M4. You know like ones wrestlers wear. The search continues but i feel it is a dead end.

Not for M4 or exactly for wrestlers - but theres some knee and elbow pads in the Judge Dredd freebie on my site (link above). 

Or try searching for skateboarding stuff in the store here - I have seen a set in that.
