ummm, isn't using one of the current submission designs as a promo logo on the front page unfair support of said design?

subconsciously people may be influenced to vote for that one because they've seen it on the front page so many times...

ok, unlikely maybe... but still not outside the realms of possibility

Sould not be used at all, to free Ro from idea of possible unfair support to one of the submissions..

And be sure if this design wins people will say its a setup ..

Rendo better remove it to besure from it.

Gentlemen,

I believe the logo on the front page you are referring to is the Circle R logo that Renderosity has provided for use in this contest.  That was not something that was created by an individual entrant.

We are actually encouraging everyone who enters the contest to integrate the Circle R into their designs. 

I hope this clears things up for you guys.  I invite you to read through the contest rules for a full explanation of how the contest works.

I stand corrected ..the (R) is a part of the stuff RO povided and only one has used it untill now..
Im sure when more use the (R) logo in submissions it will be more clear ..

Yeah, I was having a hard time thinking rendo would do something like this. I've been here damn near since the place began, and while I may not always agree with what happens here, I've never known the place to be unfair.

I'm not sure what you are referring to unless its that there is no entry 23? If so its because entry 23 was an empty upload that had to be deleted so it could be resubmitted correctly??

Yes, it was about that missing entry no. 23, but now it's clear to me; no pun intended. I wasn't aware that the empty/failed entries were counted as well. Thanks for letting me know.
