Subject: Reset please

well done it again somehow, I get to the last link to download from my order and whamm, I get hit with "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."
ORDER #111581495

I don't know what I'm doing or not doing but it's getting frustrating to say the least.

Hello,

I have reset your downloads for you as you requested.

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.
