OK so what i am tring to do is make an outfit on M4 with the body suit. Now that suit has to have a yin and yang on the chest, but one side of the yin yang has to be "cut out" showing his chest. Can i achieve this with a trans map? If so any info how to make one?

Here is a link to one of several tutorials.

Just google 'transparency maps for poser' and you will find other links.

Yes. This is how I would do it.
In your photoediting program load your texture for the body suit. This is for the placement of the symbol.
Make a new layer fill it with 100% black. This will be your Trans map layer. 100% black is transparent, 100% white is visible. Change the opacity so you can see the bodysuit texture beneath.
Load your symbol in a new layer. Make sure what you want to be invisible is 100% black and the other is 100% white. If you need to you can invert this layer. Scale and place as needed.
Make sure your symbol layer and transparency layers are 100% opacity, Merge these two, save it out. Apply.
