This was sent earlier as an direct email, but might as well post for general info, since the problem took me by surprise and others may have already encountered or solved it:
I am trying to make a purchase this morning, and I also want to use the 10% off Coupon that was emailed. No problem entering the coupon, but I am experiencing some problems with the Renderosity gift certificate entry mechanism.
I have purchased/received several Gift certificates and obviously want to finish each sequentially before starting on the next. I applied full debit card Gift Certificates to the Renderosity site (rather than paying specifically for each purchase with any one) so that I don't wind up with odd amounts left - 4 cents here, 96 cents there, that neither I, nor a vendor can get and only Visa/AmEx winds up with in the end. I have a number of those at home and it just irks me that the credit card company, already raking in high fees, also gets the remainders. (Sounds like a good premise for an Eddie Murphy movie...)
I believe Daz3D, for example, uses up the first certificate then moves on to the next. That is what I was expecting here, But I am having a problem finding the equivalent mechanism on the Renderosity site.
When I enter the first certificate, which has about $2.35 remaining, that is fine. But I don't see the space where I can enter the next gift certificate to be working down on that one. It then only allows a store credit entry or a credit card entry, neither of which I have (store credit) or need to use (credit card). As an added insult, while there are currently plenty of funds to make a purchase in my account on the renderosity site, none of the gift certificates individually is large enough to make the purchase and still get the 10% off on the whole order.
Please, Please, don't tell me that when I get down to $2.35 on the Renderosity site the Gift card effectively becomes useless!!!!
I suppose that one Kluge would be to request an administrator manually convert all the individual GIft Certificates to one lump sum of store credit, and that would be okay provided it doesn't expire. But to ask to do that every time might be painful to both parties.
Any help would be appreciated. I thought this would be a quick transaction this morning, but nothing seems to be easy!
Thank you!

I'm pretty sure having this changed has already been suggested (and is hopefully on the list).
