Greetings, I have Poser 4 and I've read through the documentation on creating new morphs for characters. However, from what I have read, I need to do something different for the problem I'm having. I'm using several figures in a static picture. Almost all figures are from the two Poser 4 figures (Nude Man, Nude Woman), I have just applied liberal custom morphs (All downloaded from the web, I didn't make any of my own_ to make them all look different. (For example, I've got magic casters who are thin and scrawny and warriors who are muscular.) However, having now done that, the clothing no longer conforms properly. I'd like to be able to add the morphs I have for the figures to the clothing, but the number of vertices is different. Is there any way to convert morphs from object to object? I don't really know much about using any of the real 3D modeling programs out there... I'm not sure I would have much chance if I tried to manually make the new morphs by going into a program and moving vertices. Or is there some work-around I'm missing? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks, Oversight99

I have ended up importing the character and the clothes into Cinema4D, setting the skin to a different color than the clothes and start moving the clothing mesh around. The edit the cr2 to point to the new obj, test it it, and go back into C4D and work some more until I am satisifed. It is highly painful. You can often get pretty close with magnets.

Hmm... That sounds like a little more than I am ready for. I've been trying to do it with magnets... but I'm afraid they confuse me a bit as well. I'll keep trying though, its kind of fun to learn! Thanks, Oversight99

Yeah, magnets are time consuim--been in poser for almost 6 months now and just figurted out how to use them! Now, pile learning 3D Studio MAX 4 on top of that and you have a party! :) keep going. You'll get it! thenodemaster
