Does anyone know where i can find a really good tutorial for poser 7 face room?

Poser 7 manual has a bit on it. I believe it only works on the supplied Poser figures.
Poser manual in pdf is in the program folder, available also off the help menu.

There are G2 Face Room installers found at the Content Paradise website.

anything for V4. This face room is crazy hard. I am tring to make my wife with V4 in face room.  Do you guys think it would be easer just to use the dials while looking at a picture of her, then to use the face room?

ps. how do the pros make these clebs and such look so closly to the real people?

V4 doesn't work with Poser's Face room, so you'll have to manage with the dials as best you can.

Spinning dials will get you close enough if that is the only option you have.  Other artist use 3rd party modeling programs to create morph targets for more precise details.

Depending on your skill, you can also try using magnets to morph the face.
