I would like to request a download reset on my purchase earlier today. I tried 3 times to download the first zip file and it kept getting hung up. So, after pausing the download and restarting my Firefox 3 times it kept doing the same thing. It wouldn't let me 'resume download' because the 'source file' could not be read. And the little that was downloaded onto my desktop said that it was a 'corrupted file'.
I've only had to request this one other time. Usually, there is no problems at all making purchases and downloading them. Sometimes, a 'little too easy!" .... lol. The information for the purchase is below:

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.
