Is it me, or is V4 kind of cross eyed? I bought V4 when she rolled out, and it's always kind of bugged me but after working with a few poses recently,it's really bugging me.  It seems the right eye, as I look at her, tends to "drift" to the left some compared to the left eye. So the dead on look at the camera is slightly off. I'm even using the prop ball. Maybe the mapping is off some on that eye? Making the iris placement just slightly off by a bit? Maybe it's just me.
