Has anybody found a solution for the Vista Raw viewer which worked well in 32 bit mode on my previous setup having upgraded to a i7 intel PC I cannot seem to view my files in the new 64 bit OS Canon do not seem to be supporting this.
Lightroom 2.4 does run in 64 bit but I dont want to view all my files this way when looking through them after a photoshoot and now cannot view the thumbs as an image

Yeah it looks like Canon doesn't support 64 bit. Some have recommended the CR2 CODEC for 64-bit and 32-bit Windows Vista by Ardfry Imaging. There's a 15 day trial at the link provided.

Thanks Joe Yeah I did see that Ardfry software seems a pity to have to pay for something that was was free before in the 32Bit Vista codec worked perfectly.. Looks like Olympus are the only company to bother, and annoyingly without the codec some of my files are getting corrupted without it..
