I have been using morphs on the clothing manually, but no matter how many time I tried, I cannot drape them in DAZ.
I get nothing appearing in the Garment Layering window box.
Have read the book and watched the tutorials on this subject and still nothing happens like I have seen in the tutorials. Any help is greatly welcomed.

I'm not sure but I think that the dynamic clothing you have only works with Poser. The dynamic clothing that works in DS is only available through DAZ (ie purchased item).

Dynamic DazStudio clothing is just started so what JackieD said is spot on for now.

All DAZ Studio-compatible Dynamic Clothing has been/ is being created by their technology partner Optitex, and that's the only type of Dynamic Clothing that can work inside DS.
All Poser-useable Dynamic Clothing cannot be used as DAZ Studio Dynamic Cloth.

Oh that explains a lot then, thank you all for your help. Will delete these items and go to DAZ to check out the items there.
