Can anyone help me please:) I'm looking for a civil war looking dress for victoria, or any other poser female character. I know that Daz use to have something like it, but I can't seem to find it, can anyone direct me where to find these type of clothing? thanks so much!

Yeah, if we're talking British here, I think that goes quite a bit farther back...LOL. ARE there any roundhead uniforms around???

About two hundred years before the American one. The British had their Civil War around the middle of the 17th Century (followed a few decades later by the Glorious Revolution which finally ousted the Stuart Dynasty, and replaced it with William and Mary) , the American Revolution was around the middle of the 18th Century, and the American Civil War around the middle of the 19th Century. I could give you exact dates, but that's close enough.

gad, I wish I could remember the name (I think it's Poser Fashion), but there was one site pretty much devoted to the 18th-19th Centuries' dresses, albeit for things like V1 and V2, mebbe V3.
Try the 'Whatever' site (that's what it's called), and plug in 'Civil War', and it should point you in the fight direction.

Nice dress :o). Might be too far into the end of the 19th century tho I think. Kinda Gibson Girl - very late 1800's/early 1900s. She needs something with a big, huge full hoop skirt. Antebellum era or a little later.

The Morphing Fantasy Dress from DAZ should be able to produce the kind of dress you're after.
Try a search for MFD in Freestuff to see the kind of things it can do and to get textures.
